As a Montessori Casa Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in fostering the holistic development of children aged 3 to 6 years old. Utilizing the Montessori method, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can explore, learn, and grow at their own pace. Your passion for early childhood education, coupled with your dedication to the Montessori philosophy, will empower young learners to become confident, independent, and self-motivated individuals. Candidates for the position will need to have a Montessori diploma (3-6) from a MACTE accredited or AMI training program. We are seeking a guide who knows how to challenge and support children to bring out their best qualities. Requirements

Applicants must hold a Montessori diploma for ages 3 to 6 from an AMI or MACTE-accredited program and have previous Montessori experience. They should have strong Casa program planning, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills, along with current criminal reference, First Aid and CPR, medical, and immunization records, and two references.
