Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for all children. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians. Foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues. Encourage children’s independence and critical thinking skills through hands-on activities. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall learning experience. Requirements Montessori Diploma (AMI or MACTE) or RECE Experience in early childhood education or childcare settings is essential. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of special education practices is an asset.
