Montessori Assistant or ECA (Early Childhood Assistant) certificates are assets but not required. Responsibilities Maintain a positive and consistent approach to child management aligned with the Ministry of Education’s philosophy. Communicate openly and supportively with parents, children, and fellow staff members. Exhibit knowledge of relevant sections of the Child Care & Early Years Act (asset). Fluency in French is considered an asset. Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and courtesy at all times. Demonstrate the ability to collaborate, contribute as a team player, and uphold a commitment to the Montessori philosophy.
