Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of review and compilation engagements while collaborating with the management team. Prepare personal, corporate, and trust tax returns and provide attentive service to clients.

Job details

The ideal candidate * Successful completion of Common Final Evaluation (CFE), or near completion * Strong technical experience in accounting and tax * Understanding of CSRS 4200 (Compilation engagements), Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (“ASPE”) and CSRE 2400 (Review engagements) * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Experience with Caseware/Caseview, Keystone, TaxPrep, and Quickbooks (QBO) is an asset * Able to communicate well with clients both verbally and in writing * Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to grasp new technology tools * Ability to execute on deliverables in a deadline-driven environment * Results-oriented with a sense of urgency.
