The company is committed to long-term customer relationships grounded in service, support, trust, and integrity. Role Description This is a part-time, remote and comission based Salesperson role. The Salesperson will identify and qualify prospective customers, conduct outreach via phone, email, and online meetings, and present MOTION CONVEYOR LTD’s conveyor solutions in a clear and consultative manner. Daily responsibilities include preparing quotations, following up on leads, managing a sales pipeline, and coordinating with technical and operations teams to address customer requirements. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, monitoring market trends, and contributing feedback to improve products and customer experience. The Salesperson is expected to represent the company professionally and build strong, lasting customer relationships. Qualifications Sales and customer relationship skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and consultative selling. Communication and presentation abilities, with clear, professional verbal and written skills. Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn about conveyor belt systems and industrial applications. Organizational and time-management skills to handle a remote, part-time workload and maintain accurate records. Comfort with digital tools such as CRM systems, online meeting platforms, and standard office software. Previous experience in B2B sales, industrial equipment, or manufacturing environments is an asset. Ability to work independently, collaborate virtually with team members, and uphold high ethical standards. High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
