About the Role Mott Electric is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of electrical projects from planning through closeout. Working closely with Project Managers and Estimators, this role assists with project planning, financial tracking, documentation, and coordination of internal teams and external partners. The Project Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining project organization, supporting risk management, and ensuring projects progress on schedule, within scope, and in alignment with quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Support development and tracking of project schedules, milestones, and resource requirements Monitor project progress and follow up to ensure deadlines are met Coordinate materials, equipment, and services with internal teams and external vendors Assist with day-to-day project logistics to ensure work progresses efficiently and on time Support identification of potential project risks and issues Assist with implementing contingency plans and tracking resolution of issues Act as a liaison between Project Managers, Estimators, project teams, and stakeholders Participate in regular project meetings and assist with distribution of updates and follow-ups Help maintain positive working relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors Provide responsive and professional support to enhance overall project outcomes Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence Prepare and submit project reports, progress updates, and financial summaries Support project closeout documentation and filing requirements Support project team members with coordination and task tracking Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of new tools and technologies Qualifications Experience in a project coordination, project administration, or similar role, preferably in electrical environments Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency or willingness to learn tools such as Procore, SiteDocs, and Microsoft Office Experience working on industrial projects is considered an asset Commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement Pay range and compensation package $65,000-$85,000/year based on experience.
