Key Responsibilities: • Ensure complete guest satisfaction and guest connection throughout each shift. • Handle guest concerns and compliments with professionalism. • Assist with the planning, coordination and execution of private events, corporate functions and local marketing activations. • Communicate with event clients throughout the planning process and help ensure a seamless guest experience. • Support community partnerships, guest engagement initiatives and special events. • Desire to develop and motivate the people around you to always be their best. • Energetic and positive. • Committed to being inclusive and embracing diversity. • Previous restaurant leadership experience considered an asset. • Previous events experience considered an asset. Key Requirements: • Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant or bar. • Hospitality driven towards guests and team members. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Passion for creating memorable guest experiences. • Interest in event coordination, hospitality sales and community engagement is considered an asset. • Aspirations to grow and develop within the hospitality industry.
