Key Responsibilities • Actively lead shifts, in support of senior leadership team members while helping to manage budgetary goals • Ensure complete guest satisfaction and guest connection throughout each shift • Contribute to a positive team morale through contests and supporting team members on shift • Handle guest concerns and compliments Desire to develop and motivate the people around you to always be their best • Energetic and positive • Committed to being inclusive and embracing diversity • Previous restaurant leadership experience considered an asset • Assist with the planning, coordination and execution of events Key Requirements • Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant or bar • Hospitality driven towards guests and team members • Aspirations to grow and develop within the hospitality industry. Requirements

Candidates must have previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant or bar and a strong drive for hospitality. Previous restaurant leadership experience is considered an asset.
