Bilingual (French) Customer Service Representative Location: Burlington, ON Overview MT Talent Solutions is proud to partner with a global market leader in their sector. If you are a strong communicator, passionate about providing white-glove customer service, and have exceptional written and oral French language skills, this role is for you! Here’s What You’ll Do Managing customer inquiries, requests, and needs in a courteous manner reflecting the company’s values. Supporting customers with modifying orders. Educating customers on product availability, new product features and innovations. Creating and updating accounts accurately. Working with customers to create and modify orders, arrange deliveries and pickup. Work with the team proactively to achieve company targets and objects. Ability to effectively and collaboratively with all departments, as well as any external partners. Here’s What You’ll Need To Be Successful Must be fluently bilingual (oral and written) in French. Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain or similar is an asset. At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service role. Strong computer skills including MS Office. SAP, CRM and/or ERP experience is an asset. Experience in a B2B customer service role, specifically building materials or furnishings is an asset. A passion for providing excellent service, strong attention to detail and problem solving skills. A proactive attitude with an ability to take initiative, multi-task, prioritize work to ensure deadlines and quality of service standards are met.
