Handle incoming client requests efficiently and collaborate with IT and product managers on various banking projects. Requires proficiency in MS Office and a working knowledge of electronic banking platforms, ERP systems, and Cash/Trade products. Candidates must be fluent in English and either French or Spanish, with a degree as indicated by the graduate program status.
