We are currently looking for a Customer Account Administrator based out of Lower Sackville, NS. The position is a permanent role based on a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday. Position Summary As a key member of REgroup’s administrative team, you will act as a liaison between Sales, Operations, Finance and Administrative staff. Working closely with the Accounting and Sales teams, you will control the information needed to assist with billing and prepare the necessary reports for customers. An ideal candidate will be well-organized with the ability to manage a high volume of requests with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to deadlines. Primary Duties And Responsibilities Handling of special billing requirements for customers, including uploading data into requested portals Creating and maintaining weight reports for customers on an as-need basis Alert sales team of any potential new business or expiring contracts Administration of customer accounts, system updates, pricing, and entries into the customer database as required Updating and maintaining company information on compliance portals Provide customer service by answering / assisting with customer inquiries Other duties as required Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, And Experience Graduate of an office administration program or equivalent Experience with Microsoft Office products (specifically Microsoft Excel) and customer database systems Previous experience in a customer service role Effective problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Utilizes strong organizational and planning skills Strong oral and written communication skills Willingness to work in a team environment A comprehensive pension and benefits package are offered with this position along with opportunities for advancement and training and development.
