As a Host, You Will Provide a warm first impression as you invite guests through the front door Ensuring guests have a memorable experience by seating them in a timely service with an upbeat and positive personality Book and confirm reservations Maintaining the flow of guests inside and outside Cleaning and resetting tables Provide support to the service team as necessary Work along side of the restaurant team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere Provide a lasting impression as departing guests leave - Ensuring they come back and visit us again Other duties as required Who You Are Positive and outgoing personality Strong organizational skills Love for building strong relationships with team members, our guests, and the community Flexibility - Our hosts will work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends A desire to have fun at work, when you have fun, our guests do too Willingness to learn What You Bring Previous POS system experience is considered an asset Previous experience as a host is considered an asset What We Offer Growth and professional development opportunities Employee Family Assistance Programs Discounts from local shops and MHG locations

What you’ll do

Requirements

Candidates should have a positive, outgoing personality and strong organizational skills. Previous experience as a host or with POS systems is considered an asset.
