As a Line Cook, You Will Prepare food and menu items to the highest standard Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Ensure food comes out simultaneously in high quality and in a timely fashion Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards Clean kitchen and work area Follow all operations policies and procedures Work alongside the restaurant team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere Who You Are Positive and outgoing personality Love for building strong relations with team members Flexibility - Our back-of-house staff will work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends Ability to multitask and maintain high energy in a fast-paced environment A desire to have fun at work, when you have fun, our guests do too What You Bring Cooking experience is considered an asset A culinary diploma or degree is considered an asset A desire for personal and professional development Availability to work on weekends from 9 am to 5 pm is considered an asset What We Offer Bi-weekly Kitchen tip share of 5% of food sales Growth and professional development opportunities Discounts from local shops and all MHG locations across Atlantic Canada
