As a Server, You Will Advise guests on food and drink menu options and selections Relay menu items and products to provide optimum guest service Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer and non-alcoholic beverages Ensure a memorable guest experience by providing timely service with an upbeat and positive personality Operate espresso machine to prepare hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea lattes, artisan and speciality beverages Work alongside of the restaurant team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere What You Bring A positive and outgoing personality Love for building strong relationships with team members, our guests and the community An open mind - We will be teaching you lots about craft beer, wine and local ingredients in each one of our dishes Flexibility - Our servers will work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends A desire to have fun at work, when you have fun our guests do too Previous serving experience is required A Responsible Beverage Certificate is required What We Offer Competitive wages Health, vision, and dental benefits Employee Family Assistance Program Growth and professional development opportunities Discounts at all MHG locations across Atlantic Canada as well as local shops and services

Requirements
