Role Overview: We are seeking a Product Lead, Digital Health Technologies to support the development and execution of innovative connected healthcare solutions that integrate wearable technologies, software platforms, clinical workflows, and data-driven experiences. This role will work across multidisciplinary teams to help define, coordinate, and deliver digital health products that support patient engagement, remote monitoring, preventative care, rehabilitation, and connected clinical experiences. The successful candidate will help bridge clinical, technical, operational, and commercial perspectives to support product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional alignment. This position requires strong collaboration across software, hardware, data science, clinical, regulatory, quality, design, and commercial teams in a fast-paced healthcare innovation environment. Key Responsibilities: Support product strategy and roadmap execution for digital health and connected care solutions. Collaborate with software, hardware, firmware, UX/UI, clinical, regulatory, quality, operations, and commercial teams to support product development initiatives. Translate user needs, clinician feedback, business priorities, and technical considerations into product requirements, workflows, and functional specifications. Contribute to the development of connected health experiences involving wearable technologies, remote monitoring systems, patient engagement platforms, and clinical-facing tools. Help define product scope, prioritize initiatives, and support execution across multiple cross-functional workstreams. Participate in product lifecycle activities including discovery, validation, implementation, launch planning, and post-market optimization. Support collaboration with healthcare providers, clinical advisors, research partners, and external stakeholders as needed. Analyze product feedback, operational insights, workflow challenges, and user experience data to identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure product documentation and development activities align with applicable regulatory, quality, and compliance requirements. Use tools such as JIRA and Confluence to support backlog management, product planning, and cross-functional coordination. Support go-to-market readiness and commercialization activities in partnership with business, clinical, regulatory, and operations teams. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product scalability, usability, and customer experience. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in product management, healthcare technology, digital health, medical devices, software-enabled healthcare solutions, or related multidisciplinary environments. Experience working cross-functionally with technical, clinical, operational, and commercial stakeholders. Strong ability to organize ambiguous problems into structured plans, requirements, and deliverables. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience translating customer, clinician, or operational needs into product requirements and workflows. Strong systems thinking with the ability to understand how technology, data, workflows, and users interact. Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with competing priorities and evolving requirements. Familiarity with regulated product development environments such as Health Canada, FDA, ISO 13485, IEC 62304, MDR, or similar frameworks. Experience using collaboration and product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms. Familiarity with connected devices, wearable technologies, remote monitoring, digital therapeutics, or healthcare software platforms is considered an asset. Exposure to multidisciplinary healthcare product development environments is considered an asset.
