Our confidential Toronto-based client is seeking two Senior Business Analysts to support the migration of a large-scale Canadian wealth management legacy platform to a new vendor solution. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite attendance in Toronto three days per week. The successful candidates will define business requirements and support the delivery of accurate, compliant business and financial outcomes throughout the transformation. Contract Details Location: Toronto, Ontario Work model: Hybrid, three days onsite per week Candidates may be located outside Toronto or Canada but must be able to travel to the Toronto office three days per week. Preference will be given to candidates who can commute locally. Responsibilities Support the migration from a legacy wealth management platform to a new vendor solution. Define and document business and financial requirements. Support accurate and compliant accounting and financial-reporting outcomes. Work with business, finance and delivery stakeholders throughout the transformation. Assist with validation and testing activities related to brokerage books and records. Required Qualifications Experience with CIRO requirements and CIRO audits. Experience preparing or supporting monthly financial reports. Strong experience with trial balances. Knowledge of general ledger processes and accounting controls. Experience with accounting operations and financial reporting. Experience supporting finance transformation initiatives. Direct brokerage accounting experience. Nice to Have Experience testing a brokerage Book of Records. Experience supporting large-scale wealth management platform migrations. ,

Requirements

Experience in accounting operations, financial reporting, and finance transformation is required; brokerage Book of Records testing and large-scale wealth platform migrations are advantageous.
