We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our construction team. Core Responsibilities - General carpentry duties, framing, drywall etc. - Minor Plumbing and Electrical work - Cabinet install; Painting; Minor HVAC repairs - General handyman duties/repairs in apartments and at construction sites - Treat residents with courtesy and respect; communicate problems to lead Property Manager - Maintain a log book of daily activities - Other duties as assigned; assist with renovations, new construction, commercial RE activities Job Requirements - Good written and verbal English - Highly organized; problem solving; customer service - Professional appearance; independent and team work - Physically able: paint/clean, bend, stoop, kneel, push, pull, lift 50 lbs - Legal to work in Canada Benefits & Work Conditions - Car allowance provided. - In-person role covering Edmonton and surrounding areas. - Must pass a standard criminal record check. - Valid class 5 drivers license
