As a Cyber Security Solutions Engineer, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor helping customers maximize the value of N-able security solutions, including MDR, XDR, ITDR, and related cybersecurity offerings. You will partner with customers, SOC analysts, Customer Success, Product Management, and Engineering to improve security posture, accelerate threat detection and response, and drive long-term customer success. What You'll Do Act as the primary technical advisor for customers using N-able security solutions. Drive adoption and optimization of N-able MDR and XDR capabilities. Conduct security architecture and posture reviews, providing best-practice recommendations. Guide customers on threat detection, incident response, and security operations maturity. Support integrations across endpoint, identity, email, cloud, and network security technologies. Partner with the SOC to review incidents, investigations, and remediation strategies. Deliver technical workshops, enablement sessions, and security reviews. Support renewals, expansions, and retention initiatives alongside Customer Success and Account Management. Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering to influence future platform enhancements. Serve as a cybersecurity subject matter expert during escalations and strategic customer engagements. What You'll Bring 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Security Engineering, Security Consulting, MDR/XDR, Professional Services, or a related cybersecurity role. Experience with MDR, XDR, EDR, SIEM, SOAR, or security operations technologies. Strong understanding of threat detection, incident response, and cybersecurity best practices. Knowledge of endpoint, identity, cloud, email, and network security. Familiarity with frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and CIS Controls. Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting MSPs, MSSPs, or channel partners. Experience with Microsoft Defender XDR, Sentinel, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Sophos, or similar platforms. Industry certifications such as CISSP, Security+, CySA+, SC-200, SC-100, or AZ-500. Requirements

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in solutions engineering or cybersecurity roles with knowledge of MDR, XDR, and security operations. Proficiency in threat detection, incident response, and relevant security frameworks is required.
