Your route The DC Operations Manager is responsible for achieving Distribution Center objectives such as: gross margins, FTE, expense control and customer service levels. They will coordinate the implementation of strategies and tools to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Distribution Centers. They will be responsible for budget development, performance monitoring and reporting. Your Responsibilities Work with Distribution Center operations related departments and Warehouse Managers to adapt and deploy strategies and tools to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Distribution Center operations and customer service levels. Ensure that policies and procedures are implemented and followed with the support of the Distribution Centre Management team; Train and coach Warehouse Managers on aspects of Distribution Center operations; Collaborate with the General Manager to define and review operational priorities, opportunities for improvement and approve an action plan. Support the General Manager in the preparation of business cases for investments at the Distribution Center level; Conduct management meetings with his or her Distribution Center Management team; Responsible for the negotiation, implementation, and management of collective agreements, as well as the holding of CRT and CSST committees; Develop policies and management plans for returns; Responsible for negotiations with carriers; Member of the regional management committee. Salary range: $92,500 – $115,600. The final offer will depend on internal equity and relevant experience. Under the hood To Join Our Team, You Need 5 years of experience in managing DC operations Demonstrated success in managing gross profits, understanding of financial statements and budgeting for a large-scale operation Experience in the automotive aftermarket is an asset Excellent computer skills including MS Office and WMS Bilingual (French and English) About The Division The Auto Parts Division is mainly involved in the sale, distribution and marketing of replacement parts and supplies for cars and light trucks. We have the largest Canadian distribution network of vehicle replacement parts. Our banners in this division include household name NAPA Auto Parts, as well as Altrom-Autocamping, specialized in parts for imported vehicles, and CMAX, specialized in paint and body supplies. Requirements

Requires five years of experience managing Distribution Center operations, with demonstrated success managing gross profits and understanding financial statements and budgeting for a large-scale operation. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems, and fluency in French and English are required; automotive aftermarket experience is an asset.
