Title: Accounts Receivable Analyst Reports To: Finance Supervisor Job Purpose: Reporting to the Finance Supervisor, the Accounts Receivable Analyst will be responsible to process and maintain accounts receivable and all related duties. Key Responsibilities: * Process Account Reconciliations and Collections * Process Canadian and US deposits * Review and credit approve customer orders * Process credit card reconciliations * Prepare month end files * Issue Credit Invoices * Process Dealer Portal Invoices * Maintain International customer accounts Education & Experience: * Post-secondary education with a minimum of Level 1 of a recognized accounting program or equivalent. * Minimum two years’ related accounting experience. * Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook), Crystal Reporting. * Visual Manufacturing is an asset. Requirements

Candidates must have post-secondary education with at least Level 1 of a recognized accounting program. A minimum of two years of related accounting experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Crystal Reporting are required.
