SUMMARY OF DUTIES In accordance with the guidelines established by the Programming Committee, contributes to the implementation, coordination and operational monitoring of activities related to the NFB’s digital programming, particularly on NFB.ca, the NFB’s YouTube channel and other platforms. Serves as a point of contact to coordinate efforts between various internal teams and external partners to ensure that actions are aligned and consistent with established timelines and priorities. Ensures information flows to stakeholders and deadlines are met to help carry out approved initiatives aimed at promoting and enhancing the performance of the NFB’s digital content. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Ensures that the activities under their responsibility are consistent with organizational guidelines and the NFB’s Programming Framework. Coordinates and provides operational oversight for the implementation of digital programming priorities established by programming managers. Ensures the coherent implementation of the digital programming strategy by orchestrating the alignment of distribution initiatives; ensures coordination across teams to optimize content discoverability and reach priority audiences on NFB.ca. Analyzes data from the business intelligence team, media agencies and digital platforms to identify and present to management findings, assessments and areas for improvement related to the discoverability, engagement and performance of digital content. Shares information with stakeholders and supports the alignment of activities among programming teams, Digital Platforms, Content Distribution, Marketing, Creative Services and other departments. Coordinates the digital release schedule for content and follows up with the relevant teams to ensure the required deliverables are met in support of content-promotion activities across various platforms. Supports marketing teams and other stakeholders in aligning planned promotional activities and other content-promotion initiatives to ensure consistency and effectiveness across various initiatives. Monitors content-promotion activities across various digital platforms. Ensures that placements, collections, themes, carousels and other presentation formats are used in alignment with established priorities. Monitors timelines, deliverables and dependencies associated with digital programming initiatives, and reports any discrepancies or issues to the relevant parties. Supports the implementation of performance-tracking tools and mechanisms to ensure results are measured consistently. Helps prepare and follow up on creative briefs, in addition to helping to coordinate the production of required promotional materials in collaboration with creative departments, internal teams and external vendors, when applicable. Helps maximize the promotion of content during launches and other digital distribution initiatives. Contributes to the continuous improvement of practices, tools and work methods related to digital programming, discoverability and performance. REQUIRED TRAINING, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; At least five years of relevant experience in a similar position; Experience coordinating digital, marketing or communications projects, ideally in a cultural, media or broadcasting environment; Experience analyzing and interpreting performance data, as well as formulating concrete recommendations; Strong knowledge of digital platforms, advertising tools and social media, and their use in discoverability and marketing strategies; A solid understanding of issues related to digital distribution, the promotion of cultural content and audience engagement; Experience using project-tracking and collaboration tools; Bilingual proficiency in both official languages (French and English), both spoken and written.
