We provide personalized seating, mobility and positioning solutions to clients across Canada—and we are looking for a Client Experience Specialist to be an important part of that journey. Location: Barrie, ON, with occasional travel to North York WHAT YOU’LL DO * Welcome and support clients in person, by phone and by email. * Help clients with equipment questions and identify solutions that meet their needs. * Coordinate deliveries, appointments, equipment trials, demonstrations and rentals. * Build strong relationships with therapists and healthcare professionals. * Coordinate repairs and service for wheelchairs, lifts and other mobility equipment. * Prepare quotes, work orders, customer orders and related documentation. * Maintain accurate client records and information in our systems. * Coordinate equipment transfers between branches and track equipment. * Manage equipment reservations and rentals with exceptional attention to detail. * Process delivery, billing, reservation and service information. * Follow up on client requests and ensure timely resolutions. * Work closely with the branch team to deliver an exceptional client experience. WHAT YOU BRING * Customer service experience, preferably with technical products, equipment or services. * Excellent communication, listening and problem-solving skills. * Strong organization, attention to detail and time-management skills. * Ability to manage multiple calls, client visits and priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Comfortable learning new technology and computer systems. * Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel. * A positive, collaborative attitude and a genuine passion for helping people.
