This role leads team success by providing coaching, training, support, and motivation while driving continuous improvement initiatives across operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily Bulk Packaging operations on the night shift Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and production standards Coordinate staffing, workflow priorities, and resource allocation Coach, develop, and support team members to achieve performance objectives Ensure employees receive appropriate training and ongoing development Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams and operational leaders to achieve department goals Support and maintain compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) Qualifications Required Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, operations management, or supply chain management Minimum 2 years of supervisory or people leadership experience Minimum 1 year of night shift work experience Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop employees Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Preferred Knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) Experience identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives Experience working in a manufacturing or food/pharmaceutical production environment This position is open to all qualified applicants who are legally entitled to work in the country in which this job is located. Requirements

Candidates need at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing or operations and 2 years of supervisory experience, including at least 1 year of night shift work. Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of cGMP are highly preferred.
