Job Status: 6-Month Contract Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm Work Location: 2000 Brigantine Dr., Coquitlam, BC Hourly Range: $23.81/hr - $25.00/hr In this role, you will: Provide professional, responsive support to customers, consumers, and sales representatives, ensuring a positive customer experience. Manage customer inquiries, complaints, returns, credits, and order-related requests from initial contact through resolution. Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, shipment issues, delivery concerns, and damaged or delayed orders. Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions within CRM systems while ensuring timely follow-up. Collaborate with internal departments and sales teams to deliver effective solutions and identify opportunities to improve service processes. You have: A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably within the natural health products, wellness, or related industry. Post-secondary education in Nutrition, Science, Health Sciences, or a related field; RHN or CNP designation is considered an asset. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with bilingual English/French skills considered an asset. Experience using CRM systems and proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams. The ability to navigate multiple business systems simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
