Job summary

The Opportunity Nawkaw is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Coordinator who enjoys bringing structure, momentum, and follow-through to a busy sales environment. You will support a sales organization of 9 sales team members and 2 independent sales contractors, helping the team stay organized, responsive, and focused on serving customers. Your primary focus is the sales team and the processes that keep sales moving. The Sales Manager has separate Executive Assistant support; you will step in with sales-related administrative support when the Sales Manager is personally handling opportunities, customers, or projects, and provide backup support when the Executive Assistant is unavailable. Who Will Succeed in This Role You are someone who enjoys bringing organization and consistency to a busy environment. You notice what is missing, understand what needs to happen next, and take action without needing repeated reminders. You are comfortable supporting multiple sales professionals with different working styles and competing priorities. You can quickly determine what is urgent, what requires follow-up, and what can wait. You communicate professionally with customers and coworkers, take pride in accurate work, and are equally comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team. Most importantly, you are a self-starter with strong judgment, excellent follow-through, and a genuine desire to help a sales organization operate effectively. How You Will Make an Impact Keep the sales team organized by coordinating day-to-day administrative and operational needs. Prepare, review, organize, and send professional customer proposals and sales materials. Maintain accurate customer, lead, opportunity, and sales information in the CRM and help ensure timely follow-up. Coordinate project start-up and closeout documentation and keep outstanding documents and deadlines visible. Support customer communication and route inquiries to the right sales professional. Prepare sales reports and assist with reporting, analysis, and sales/marketing events. Help document and improve sales processes, and support team training on established systems and procedures. Partner across departments so sales information and documentation move through the organization efficiently. Provide sales-related administrative support to the Sales Manager when needed and backup support when the Executive Assistant is unavailable. What You Bring 4+ years of progressively responsible experience in administration, sales support, sales coordination, or sales operations. Experience supporting multiple sales professionals or another fast-paced, deadline-driven team. Strong organization, attention to detail, prioritization, and follow-through. Professional written and verbal communication and strong customer service skills. Sound judgment, problem-solving ability, and confidence working independently. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and experience with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is strongly preferred. QuickBooks experience is an asset. Post-secondary education or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience. What Nawkaw Offers Employer-subsidized supplementary health coverage for employees and eligible dependents. Employer-subsidized supplementary dental coverage for employees and eligible dependents. Employer-sponsored life insurance and short- and long-term disability insurance. Vacation time in accordance with company policy and applicable employment standards. Company-paid statutory holidays. A formal performance appraisal at approximately 90 days, followed by annual performance appraisals. This is an in-office position. It is not remote or hybrid.
