The Position: We are seeking a hands-on, organized, and self-motivated Marketing Associate to support our growing business. This newly created role is primarily focused on executing marketing initiatives that support sales and strengthen our brand presence. The successful candidate will be someone who is curious, resourceful, and comfortable working independently to figure things out, while collaborating with internal teams. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience who is ready to take ownership of their work and continue developing their marketing skillset. This is an in-office position based in Burlington, Ontario. The salary range for this role is $60,000 – $75,000. Please note the salary information is general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Responsibilities: · Develop and update marketing materials (brochures, sell sheets, presentations) to support sales teams · Assist with standardizing proposals, quotes, and customer-facing documents for consistency and professionalism · Work with sales and internal teams to translate technical information into clear, customer-friendly messaging · Maintain and organize marketing templates, assets, and documentation · Support basic digital marketing efforts, including website updates and LinkedIn content (quality over volume) · Assist in ensuring brand consistency across all materials · Help prepare PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use · Contribute to internal communications (e.g., company newsletter) · Assist with event coordination (trade shows, internal events) as needed · Conduct light research on competitors, markets, and customer trends Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field · 2–3 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, industrial, or technical environments · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Comfortable creating professional marketing materials and business content · Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, Canva/Adobe (or similar), and basic CRM/marketing platforms · Experience with LinkedIn and website content updates preferred What you Bring to the Team: · A self-starter mindset with the ability to research, problem-solve, and work with minimal direction · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail · Good judgment and common sense in decision-making · Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-marketing teams · A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to take initiative · Positive attitude and adaptability in a growing environment Why join Neelands?
