Job summary
Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Temporary Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Pharmasave Nordel in Delta, BC. Patient Focused Care Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care. Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, dispensing, inventory, compounding, clinical care and patient counseling. Liaise with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible patient care. Maintain effective communication, scheduling, team direction and implement new/updated policies and procedures. Perform staff performance reviews and support with recruitment, training and development. Promote a positive work environment and ensure labor policies are upheld. Collaborate with the Front Store team to enhance patient care and service offerings. Actively seeks out new and innovative ways to improve processes.
