Our team is looking for ECE Level 2/3 childcare professionals to work WEEKDAYS EVENING SHIFTS and bring their amazing personality and flair to the group. You are the face of the company! * Build relationships with co-workers, families, and the community by creating trust and always acting with integrity. * Be accountable and take pride in the company. * Design and deliver childcare programs that are in line with Summit core values and principles * Continue to strive for excellence by participating in Professional Development training and being up to date on best practices in childcare. * Always ensure that the facility is hygienic, safe and healthy for children * Be knowledgeable of and adhere to licensing standards at all times. Requirements: * Alberta Childcare Level 2 or 3 Certification. (We are only hiring Level 2/3 candidates for this position) * Comfortable with shifts starting in the afternoon at 3.15 pm and continuing until 12.15 am. * Great personality and lots of energy - You'll need it! * Valid Standard First Aid with CPR Level B or C Certification. * Clear & Valid Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector obtained within the last 6 months. * Ability to work exceptionally well in teams * Excellent verbal and written skills (English) Compensation Includes: * Competitive Wage + Government Wage Top-Up. * Paid flex days - Cause we all need to take a day off now and then! * 100% employer-paid comprehensive benefits program, including low rates on prescription medications. * Training & Professional Development. * Super fun staff events and great culture. What you’ll do

Requirements

Candidates must hold an Alberta Childcare Level 2 or 3 Certification and a valid Standard First Aid with CPR certification. Applicants must also be available for evening shifts and possess a clear criminal record check with a vulnerable sector search.
