Contract Administrator/Manager Location: Pickering, ON. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8hrs/day. Start Date: ASAP Contract Length: 1+ (high possibility of extension/longer contract length) Project Introduction Our client is seeking a Contract Administrator/Manager to work on a major nuclear infrastructure programme that will refurbish and modernize turbine-generator systems across multiple generating units. The project encompasses engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning, and project execution activities critical to supporting the long-term operation of the station. Roles and Responsibilities Contract Administration Monitor contract deliverables, obligations, notices, and key commercial milestones. Track compliance with EPC Agreement requirements, schedules, reporting obligations, and submittal commitments. Support administration of subcontract agreements, purchase orders, service agreements, and amendments. Draft and coordinate commercial letters, notices, memoranda, and formal communications. Maintain records of all contract-related correspondence with OPG, Aecon, consultants, and suppliers. Change & Claim Management Coordinate contract amendments, change requests, Project Change Directives (PCDs), and commercial approvals. Maintain change logs and track status from identification through approval and implementation. Prepare and administer claims, notices, and dispute documentation. Maintain claims and dispute tracking registers. Monitor potential commercial risks and escalation items. Reporting & Documentation Prepare periodic commercial and contract status reports. Maintain action item logs, commercial dashboards, and contract KPI reports. Support reconciliation activities and commercial close-out processes. Manage commercial document repositories and contract filing systems. Ensure traceability of revisions, amendments, approvals, and executed agreements.
