Position Summary We are looking for a Full Time Team Leader to join our team! This position is an existing vacancy. This role will be responsible for acting as an ambassador of the Nespresso brand while ensuring operational excellence as well as above and beyond customer experience. Additionally, you will play a vital role in driving sales and achieving our sales targets. A day in the life Debriefing team on key objectives and deliverables; Analyzing KPI reports and coaching team to successfully hit metrics; Ensuring effective communication with team and store management; Creating positive brand experience for all stakeholders; Balancing time between administrative and customer service tasks. What will make you successful Passionate about coffee, sustainability, and eager to expand your knowledge of Nespresso coffees. 2-3 years’ experience driving sales and leading a team in a high-volume retail environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software Demonstrated excellence in understanding and driving KPIs Effective time management and analytical skills Ability to stand for an entire workday and repeatedly lift up to 23 kilograms.
