Hope Church Parry Sound is seeking a spiritually mature, relational, and collaborative leader to serve as our Associate Pastor, Adult Ministry. This full-time pastoral role focuses on helping adults grow in their faith, connect in biblical community, discover their gifts, and actively participate in the life and mission of the church. Working closely with the Lead Pastor, you will provide leadership in discipleship, Life Groups, pastoral care, teaching, and leadership development.

Requirements

The candidate must be a spiritually mature, relational, and collaborative leader. Experience in teaching and leadership development within a church context is required.
