Requirements
The candidate must be a committed Christian with a confirmed calling to full-time ministry, a good reputation, and willingness to affirm and teach in accordance with the church's statement of faith and constitution. Preferred qualifications include a relevant three- or four-year degree from an accredited evangelical institution, willingness to pursue an MDiv, prior youth ministry experience, and skills in administration, teaching, mentoring, and computer use.
