Further information is available at www.newflyer.com POSITION SUMMARY: Provide driving services for testing and demonstration in Winnipeg. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Drive any NFIL or other bus as required for testing or demonstration Provide feedback to engineering on drawings, designs and theories of operation Assisting fabrication equipment on test equipment, some lifting and climbing as required Availability on nights and weekends, no regular hours Write reports and keep drivers log, use of PC, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc Perform tests from a requested plan Clean and inspect (PDI) vehicles Must have a valid Manitoba class 2 driver’s license with airbrake endorsement. Previous experience driving large vehicles or buses is preferred. Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics and maintenance practices. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, nights and weekend. Ability to perform vehicle inspections and diagnostics. Effective communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with the engineering team.
