Supervise field activities, manage work orders in SAP, and provide visible leadership to ensure compliance with safety standards. Requires 2–3 years of supervisory experience in mining or heavy equipment maintenance and a valid Red Seal trade certification. Candidates must possess a BC Mine Supervisor Ticket and proficiency with SAP or CMMS systems.
