Overview The Driver Recruiting Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to increase the Driver and Independent Contractor candidate pipeline. The Driver Recruiting Manager will work with field leaders to understand the needs of the business to develop, manage, and facilitate the execution of Driver recruiting, including advertising, job fairs, and social media. Responsibilities Manage Driver and IC Recruiters in all aspects including performance management, compensation, and training Manage Driver Needs and Requisition Tracking Develop & Target Independent Contractor Opportunities Drive Data Integrity Initiatives in Tenstreet ATS and provide training as needed Develop and Manage Recruiters KPI’s and scorecards Provide weekly Driver pipeline updates to Operations Leadership Schedule and Lead Calls/Meetings for Priority Recruiting Projects Use data-driven metrics to build creative and location specific sourcing strategies Responsible for the full utilization of the social media recruitment Builds quality relationships with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies Active Liaison between Driver Recruiting and Driver Processing Departments Qualifications 7+ Years similar Management and Recruiting Experience Computer applications experience using MS Office Computer applications experience using TMW systems helpful Exceptional oral and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills Job Interviewing Skills Managerial and leadership skills Analytical skills Training Skills Exceptional customer focus, interpersonal, and teamwork skills Other: Experience working with Tenstreet a plus Ability to travel for extended periods of time Ability and availability to work extended hours including nights and weekends if necessary We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $70,145.40 - 93,527.20USD Annual. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 3%. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay. Requirements

Candidates must have 7 or more years of management and recruiting experience, along with strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Tenstreet or TMW systems is highly preferred.
