The Role To provide comprehensive Administrative and Clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the service. The working pattern for this role is: Monday to Friday afternoons In This Key Role, You Will Provide Administrative and Clerical support to clinical/corporate staff to facilitate more appropriate use of clinical/corporate resources Provide patients and other service users with information and assistance as appropriate General reception duties Switchboard Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail Photocopying What You'll Bring Educated to standard grade level or experience in a similar role Well developed interpersonal skills in customer care. Excellent communication skills. Good organisational and planning skills. Understanding of a range of procedures and processes. Ability to prioritise work and work on own initiative whilst under pressure. Proficient I.T. skills which include a working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
