An opportunity to be part of a supportive and close-knit team! The Account Manager will oversee the expansion of existing territory by visiting regions to meet the needs of potential consumers. Strong negotiation, strategic skills, and experience collaborating cross-departmentally are required of the ideal candidate. How You Contribute To Noble's Success Strong understanding and dedication to market trends in relation to supply chain disrupts and new product innovations Demonstrates a strong focus on prospecting and developing new accounts to build and grow territory Offers professional, effective, and efficient solutions to customer inquiries Provide quotations, technical support, literature, and other support/materials for customers Participates in setting profit centre sales objectives and is accountable for achieving sales results (revenue, gross margin, account targets) Develops long-lasting relationship with key vendor partners Advises the profit centres of pricing competitiveness to achieve margin expectations while, at the same time, ensuring flexibility in gaining large volume and/or new customer accounts Pro-actively communicates with Management on all aspects of customer alliances ensuring customers and profit centre expectations are met in a manner consistent with contract terms and any issues are immediately addressed Provides feedback and recommendations on new products, services, and market conditions to customers, and profit centre management Participates in trade shows, training and associated product meetings where appropriate Assist the Inside Sales Team with incoming calls and inquiries Other job-related duties as required Must Haves and Nice to Haves Must Have Completion of College Diploma, University Degree or equivalent experience is required Demonstrated interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills to effectively build a positive relationship with team members and customers Capacity for attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within time constraints Ability to thrive in a performance-focused and results-oriented environment Strong relationship building ability Demonstrated professional with business acumen with strong consultative selling skills Proven negotiation skills Exceptional communication skills, active listening and presentation skills Valid Ontario Driver’s License with consistent access to a personal vehicle Nice To Have Previous experience in sales and/or customer service is a strong asset Technical Plumbing and/or HVAC knowledge Experience using Word, Excel, and Outlook is an asset The target salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 + car allowance Who We Are From our beginning as a plumbing supplier, Noble has grown to serve the trade in HVAC, Hydronics, Industrial, and Fire Protection.
