As a Principal, Electrical Engineering, you will lead the successful delivery of our most complex and large-scale projects. Serving as a senior project delivery leader and Centre of Excellence member, you will influence how projects are delivered across the organization, while mentoring the next generation of project and technical leaders. You Will Make an Impact by Leading the successful delivery of large scale and complex projects from pursuit through completion within the Electrical Engineering group. Providing executive oversight of sector project delivery, performance, quality, contractual commitments, and managing risk. Partnering with Practice Leaders, Operations, and Studio Managers to strengthen project delivery excellence across the organization. Advancing project delivery standards, governance, and best practices as a member of the Centre of Excellence. Building trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders, strengthening long-term partnerships through exceptional project outcomes. Supporting strategic pursuits by contributing project delivery expertise during planning, client presentations, and interviews. You Will Bring to the Team Education: B.Eng Knowledge: M&E and structural building systems, Architectural design, permit and building codes Membership with a relevant professional association is an asset Prior Experience in strategic development, business development, project management and client management is required Possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, flexibility and resourcefulness Ability to obtain security clearance 12-15 years' experience We are: The spaces we design and the technology we embrace shape how people live, work, learn, and connect. The hiring base salary range for this vacant position is $140,000.00 - $200,000.00 annually. Actual compensation will be based on several factors such as education, experience, internal equity and skills.

Requirements
