What do we expect from you? What will you find here? SUMMARY: Responsible for the planning, control, and optimization of parts inventory across multiple branch locations. This role manages inventory replenishment, stock transfers, inventory accuracy, parts master data, pricing administration, vendor returns, and KPI reporting to ensure high service levels, inventory integrity, and effective working capital management . Expected Salary range (gross/annual) $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 a year DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage OEM and supplier stock replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels and maximize parts availability. Coordinate inventory transfers between branches and warehouses to balance stock and reduce excess inventory. Monitor inventory performance including fill rates, inventory turns, backorders, and service levels. Administer cycle count and physical inventory programs, investigate variances, and maintain inventory accuracy. Maintain parts master data, pricing updates, product classifications, and ERP data integrity. Review and optimize Min/Max settings, reorder points, and stocking strategies based on demand. Manage vendor returns, core returns, and reverse logistics processes to maximize credit recovery. Monitor aging, excess, and obsolete inventory while implementing inventory reduction initiatives. Prepare and analyze inventory KPIs and operational reports for management decision-making. Support branches with inventory-related issues, continuous improvement initiatives, and best practices CORE COMPETENCIES: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with ERP systems and inventory reporting. Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
