North Central Co-op invites applications for a full-time Grocery Supervisor to join our Food Division team at the Station Square Food Store located in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. What You’ll Do Responsible for the day-to-day execution of tasks within the Grocery department. Achieve budgeted goals related to sales, margin, expenses, and inventory and execute sales strategies that support North Central Co-op’s vision. Achieve established objectives in terms of brand, service levels, quality, and timeliness of delivery and identify areas for improvement. Support with training, developing, coaching, and motivating the department team while fostering a positive work environment that enables the engagement of all team members in the pursuit of desired results. What you’ll do

Requirements

Candidates must have previous retail grocery experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with leadership experience considered an asset. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are required, along with open availability.
