Great pay and benefits OT available Work with a tenured group of co-workers Tuition/education reimbursement program Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform safe work practices as well as safe operation of vehicles, power tools and equipment Assist Millwrights in the construction, installation, repair and maintenance of industrial machinery and mechanical equipment, including robotics Perform preventative maintenance program of the fully automated plant Trouble shoot and maintain plant equipment Check forms of communication daily regarding repairs needed Record and document all servicing Maintain inventory of spare parts necessary to repair machinery Perform other work-related duties as assigned Be a good team player Specifications: Must possess mechanical abilities 3 or 4th year apprentice Able to work with minimal supervision Able to follow instructions and prioritize tasks Able to perform shift work Must work well in a team-oriented environment Must follow the North West Rubber Core Values: Respect for All, Own It and Results Focused #NWRIndeed
