The Account Executive is responsible for underwriting and servicing complex portfolios while ensuring adherence to guidelines and business objectives. This role also includes mentoring and training underwriting staff to ensure best practices are applied. Candidates should have a post-secondary education or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 10 years in the property and casualty industry. Completion of CIP and/or FCIP designation is required, along with a strong understanding of underwriting philosophy and practices.
