They work closely with a wide range of broker partners to get a holistic picture of each risk and make underwriting decisions that make sense for all parties. While they are already experts in their own field, Northbridge is committed to their ongoing growth and development. If you are great at: Commercial Underwriting multi-line business across industry segments Problem-solving and critical thinking Building relationships with brokers Creating success in a fast paced and dynamic environment Helping others develop through coaching and mentorship If you have: Minimum 3 years of Commercial Underwriting experience in property, casualty, automobile Completed, or pursuing your CIP designation (an asset) Strong customer service background Team-first mentality Small Business experience is a plus We really mean it when we say we put you first. Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of commercial underwriting experience in property, casualty, and automobile lines. Pursuing or having completed a CIP designation is considered an asset for this role.
