What it’s like to be a Northbridge Underwriting Service Representative Our Underwriting Service Representatives work hard to provide support to Underwriters; performing administrative tasks that allow the Commercial Underwriting team to best serve our customers. Reporting to the Team Leader, Underwriting Service Support, they also use their strong Customer Service skills to work with our internal Underwriting teams; verifying information needed to get the job done right.
