ACTING VICE-PRINCIPAL September 16, 2026 COMPETITION #26-165 O'Gorman High School, Timmins Temporary Full-Time Effective immediately and extending until further notice Salary: $131,269 - $142,238/year (Prorated to employment period) Required Qualifications Registered with the Ontario College of Teachers Principal’s Course Part I and II (or be nearing completion) Special Education Part I and Religious Education Part I would be an asset Pastoral Reference Preferred Qualities And Experience Demonstrated faith life and a strong commitment to Catholic education Deep appreciation of the elements of instructional leadership Exceptional communication skills Proven track record of positive and orderly school climate Involvement in program development and implementation Ability to work positively and proactively with Catholic School Councils and members of the school community Knowledge of Education policy and related Ministry of Education documents. What you’ll do

Requirements

Candidates must be registered with the Ontario College of Teachers and hold or be nearing completion of the Principal’s Course Part I and II. A pastoral reference attesting to the candidate's status as a practicing Roman Catholic is also required.
