As a key player in the financial services marketplace of Ontario, we are excited to announce that we are currently seeking a full-time Member Advisor 2 at our Deep River Branch. Reporting to the Market Manager, the Member Advisor 2 will be responsible for marketing the organization’s products and services within clearly defined policies and procedures. This key sales position focuses on activities related to the profitable attraction, maintenance and coaching of a complete financial portfolio of retail members. While leveraging a mutual fund license, the Member Advisor 2 identifies lending, investment, and wealth management opportunities to build full financial relationships with members. The Member Advisor 2 actively participates in branch campaigns and promotions and champions the organization's sales culture. Leveraging their expertise, they maintain an image of financial institution of choice by establishing member and non-member relationships and business contacts. They must excel at working towards a standard of excellence and striving towards reaching and exceeding goals as a self-starter and also in support of their team. Preferred candidates will possess the following qualifications: * Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or high school diploma and equivalent banking or sales experience. * Minimum of 3-6 years of progressive experience in sales/service and managing a diverse portfolio in a retail banking environment. * A commitment to continuous learning within the scope of the duties to keep pace with changes relative to the job function, including, but not limited to, technology, processes, policies and product knowledge. * Existing Mutual Fund License or must complete license requirements within 6 months of start of role Employee Perks & Benefits: * Comprehensive benefits package * Pension plan * Exclusive staff rates on a variety of products and services * Professional development and learning opportunities * Opportunities to give back through our Do Some Good Employee Volunteer Program * Employee Win/Win Program supporting local charitable organization Starting Wage: $33.00/hour Deadline for Applications: August 21, 2026 We thank all applicants – however only those selected for an interview will be contacted. Requirements

Candidates must have 3-6 years of experience in retail banking sales and service, along with a post-secondary education in a business-related field. A Mutual Fund License is required or must be obtained within six months of starting the role.
