Are you a registered Medical Laboratory Technologist looking to highlight your knowledge, skills, and abilities in a new and dynamic environment? We currently have an opportunity for you to bring your excellent work ethic to our Laboratory Services department. In accordance with the established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, and under the general supervision of the Manager or designate, the Medical Laboratory Technologist performs technical work involved in the duties associated with laboratory test procedures. In addition, the Medical Laboratory Technologist evaluates and verifies results and prepares related reports. Field of practice for this position is: Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Transfusion Medicine (Science). This position includes participation in an on-call rotation to support 24/7 laboratory services. On-call assignments are scheduled on a rotating basis and may require return to site for call-outs outside of regular working hours. Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Days, Evenings - 06:00 to 14:30, 07:00 to 03:00, 08:00 to 16:30, 10:00 to 18:30, 17:30 to 02:00, Rotating

Requirements
