Hours: 9-2 pm *As required, more based on seasonality, promotions, etc. Location: Fort Erie Toyota You’ll love your position as an Appointment Coordinator: Manage a large number of outbound and inbound calls in a timely manner on a daily basis Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and book appointments Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile Keep records of conversations in our call center database (CRM) in a comprehensible way Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets Other duties as assigned We’d love to hear from you, if: Outbound and/or Inbound call center experience is preferred Track record of accomplishing targets Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively Successful completion of High School Diploma or equivalency Fluent in English (verbal and written) When you join Northern Roads, you’ll enjoy: Trusted relationships – We’re a work family and you’ll become a part of the team.
