The Sales Consultant will assist customers in finding the right vehicle while building relationships through exceptional service. They are also responsible for conducting vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and following up with customers to ensure a positive ownership experience.

Diagnose and repair vehicle malfunctions, including electronic and computer systems, while performing routine maintenance tasks. Maintain accurate service records and provide excellent customer service while ensuring a safe and organized workspace.

Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks while assisting master technicians with diagnostics and repairs. Maintain a clean, safe shop environment and ensure all work orders are completed accurately and efficiently.

The Appointment Coordinator manages high volumes of inbound and outbound calls to identify customer needs and book service appointments. They are responsible for maintaining accurate records in the CRM database while meeting personal and team performance targets.

The technician will diagnose and repair vehicle malfunctions, including electronic and computer systems, while performing routine maintenance. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate service records and ensuring a clean, hazard-free workspace.
