Location: Mississauga Availability: Full-Time, Monday to Friday Compensation: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on education and experience You'll love your position as a Junior Accountant: Process accounts payable including coding, posting, payment preparation, reconciliations, and vendor inquiries. Process accounts receivable including invoicing, collections, cash applications, and account reconciliations. Receipt vehicle sale down payments and post transactions within our Dealer Management System (DMS). Balance and maintain daily cash flow for sales, service, and parts. Scan, organize, and post service repair orders (ROs) and accounting documents. Prepare and reconcile assigned balance sheet schedules. Assist with bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations across multiple companies. Prepare lien payout payments and complete bank runs as required. Maintain customer and vendor records while providing exceptional customer service. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities. Organize, scan, and file financial documents. Assist with annual audits, special projects, SOP development, and AI-assisted process improvements. Other accounting responsibilities as assigned. We'd love to hear from you if you have: Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related program. Previous accounting experience is considered an asset. Previous dealership accounting and PBS (or other DMS) experience is an asset. Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Comfortable using technology and interested in AI tools to improve efficiency. Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Willing to work flexible hours during month-end and year-end. Valid G driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract. Eagerness to learn and grow within the automotive industry.
